Earn College Credit

If you are currently enrolled in Dr. Taylor's summer week-long curriculum writing workshop and wish to receive 3 semester hours of college credit from the University of San Diego, please follow the directions below.

Four Convenient Ways to Register:

1. Register online now! Select the Curriculum & Instruction or Gifted Education registration form. 
2. To mail, choose which type of credit you wish (Curriculum & Instruction) or (Gifted Education).  Open the Registration Form by downloading the PDF below. Print out the form.  Complete the form and mail along with the registration fee of $275.00 (check or credit card #) to Curriculum Design for Excellence, Inc. P.O. Box 4505, Oak Brook, IL 60522.
3. To fax, choose which type of credit you wish (Curriculum & Instruction) or (Gifted Education).  Open the Registration Form by downloading the PDF below. Print out the form and fax it to 630-325-3281. The original registration form and fee of $275.00 (check or credit card #) must be received within ten days of the fax in order to guarantee your registration.  Please indicate on the form that a fax of the original was sent.
